Today, I had the privilege of meeting and extending my heartfelt congratulations to my elder brother, Kottapalli Samuel Jawahar Garu, on assuming charge as the Chairman of the State SC Commission.
It is a moment of great pride that the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), recognizing his dedicated service as a Dalit leader, has entrusted him with this prestigious role. This appointment stands as a testament to the party’s continued commitment to empowering the Dalit community and honoring its leaders who have worked tirelessly for social justice and upliftment.
I was pleased to participate in the swearing-in ceremony held at the SC Commission office in the NTR Administrative Building, Vijayawada, where Jawahar Garu formally took over his new responsibilities.
On this occasion, I expressed my sincere hope that Jawahar Garu will continue to serve the Dalit community with distinction and bring about meaningful change through his leadership. I also wished him even greater success in the future and hoped he becomes a beacon of inspiration for the younger generation of Dalit youth.

ఎస్సీ కమిషన్ ఛైర్మన్ జవహర్ గారికి హృదయపూర్వక అభినందనలు మరియు శుభాకాంక్షలు
నేడు నా అన్న కొత్తపల్లి శామ్యూల్ జవహర్ గారు రాష్ట్ర ఎస్సీ కమిషన్ ఛైర్మన్‌గా బాధ్యతలు స్వీకరించిన సందర్భంగా ఆయనను కలుసుకొని హృదయపూర్వకంగా అభినందనలు తెలియజేసే అవకాశం నాకు లభించినందుకు గర్వంగా ఉంది.
దళిత నాయకుడిగా ఆయన చేసిన అంకితభావ సేవను గుర్తించిన తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ (టీడీపీ) ఈ ప్రతిష్టాత్మక పదవిని ఆయనకు అప్పగించడం ఎంతో గౌరవకరం. ఇది పార్టీ దళిత సామాజికవర్గాల సాధికారత కోసం నిరంతరం కట్టుబడి ఉన్నదన్న దానికి నిదర్శనంగా నిలుస్తోంది.
విజయవాడలోని ఎన్టీఆర్ పరిపాలనా భవనంలోని ఎస్సీ కమిషన్ కార్యాలయంలో జవహర్ గారు బాధ్యతలు చేపట్టిన ప్రమాణ స్వీకార కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొనడం నాకు ఆనందంగా ఉంది.
ఈ సందర్భంగా, దళితుల సాధికారత కోసం జవహర్ గారు అపూర్వమైన సేవలు అందించాలని కోరుతున్నాను. రాబోయే రోజుల్లో ఆయన మరింత ఉన్నత స్థాయికి ఎదగాలని, భవిష్యత్ దళిత యువతకు స్ఫూర్తిగా నిలవాలని ఆకాంక్షిస్తున్నాను.
